Matthew 11 28-30
I’ve been meeting with Brad for six months, and the impact on both my ministry and my walk with the Lord has been significant. As a young pastor, I have found myself getting pulled into the immediate and urgent, often at the expense of the eternal and important. Brad has consistently helped me refocus my attention on the mission God has given me.
Brad’s experience as a pastor has brought strong wisdom and honesty to our conversations. One of the most valuable things Brad has taught me is how to set healthy boundaries and not take on more than I should. He has led me to optimize my time ratherthan maximize it, which has helped me find balance between my work and my relationship with God—something I desperately needed. As a result, I find myself consistently filled up, which has made me far more effective in leadership, discipleship, and service.
Because of the mentorship Brad has provided, I have more to give to my congregation and to my family, and my personal relationship with the Lord has grown significantly. I’m grateful for Brad’s wisdom and guidance, and I’d recommend him to any pastor or ministry leader who needs help staying grounded in what matters most.

Brad and I started meeting for counseling a few months ago, and the growth I’ve experienced has been truly meaningful. As a newlywed, I have learned that loving my wife well starts with my own relationship with Christ. He’s guided me in growing closer to the Lord, which has naturally overflowed into the most important relationships in my life.
One of the most valuable parts of my experience has been studying the Bible in a relational context. There’s something about studying in a one-on-one setting that helps the truth sink in more deeply and take hold. The things I’ve learned haven’t just been head knowledge—they’ve resulted in real, lasting change in how I live and relate to the people closest to me.
